Perhaps our agency is one of the few that has experienced nurses and staff with clients that were infected with COVID-19 and had been intubated, sedated, and paralyzed for a long time. Many have lost their ability to walk, breathe on their own, and/or perform their regular activities of daily living. We have the knowledge, experience, and capacity to care for these clients in their homes or our residential facilities.
