The following services are more advanced medically and our nursing care is focused on the specific detailed needs for the client and his/her condition.
This service is specific for Medicaid client recipients, who are approved under the Elderly, Blind and Disabled (EBD) – In Home Supported Services (IHSS) waiver.
- Monitoring Vitals – Daily once per shift unless otherwise ordered by Physician
- Pain Management – in the form of both medication and non-pharmacological interventions
- Gastrostomy Tube (G-Tube) Care and Feeding
- Tracheostomy (Trach) Care and Management and suction
- Ventilator (Vent) Management
- Oxygen Management
- Personal Care – bathing, daily hygiene, and support with activities of daily living
- Catheter Care
- Activities of Daily Living/ Personal Care
- Assistance with Range of Motion and in-home Exercise Programs
- Long Term Quadriplegic/Paraplegic Care
- Wound Care
- Diabetes Management
- Medication Administration
- Infusion Therapy
- Ostomy / Colostomy Care
